Our shared agreement
At Founders Retreat, we bring together founders, builders, investors, and leaders to train, learn, recharge, and build meaningful relationships.
We believe the best conversations happen in an environment built on trust, respect, and psychological safety. Every participant shares the responsibility of creating a welcoming experience for everyone.

How we show up
Treat every participant, coach, speaker, host, and staff member with kindness and respect. Our community includes people with diverse backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and identities. Healthy discussion and disagreement are welcome; personal attacks, discrimination, or disrespect are not.
Everyone attends the retreat for different reasons. Some participants enjoy meeting new people, while others may value quiet time or personal space. Respect individual boundaries and never pressure anyone to join conversations, activities, or social events.
Many conversations during the retreat may involve personal experiences, business challenges, fundraising, or confidential ideas. Please do not share another participant's personal stories, business information, or ideas without their explicit permission.
"What is shared here, stays here."
Challenge yourself, but always prioritize safety. Know your limits, follow instructions from coaches and staff, and inform a host immediately if you become injured or feel unwell.
Take this opportunity to step away from constant notifications and be fully present. Whether during workouts, meals, workshops, or conversations, give your attention to the people around you and make the most of the experience.
Everyone deserves to feel welcome, respected, and safe. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, sexual harassment, unwanted physical contact, abusive language, or any behavior that makes others feel unsafe or excluded will not be tolerated.
Please treat the accommodation, training facilities, equipment, and shared spaces with care. Help keep the environment clean and enjoyable for everyone throughout the retreat.
If you choose to drink alcohol, please do so responsibly and respectfully. Illegal drugs or any behavior that endangers yourself or others are strictly prohibited.
We encourage capturing memories and celebrating the experience. Before posting photos or videos that clearly feature other participants, please ask for their permission. Respect anyone who prefers not to be photographed or shared online.
If you experience or witness behavior that makes you or someone else feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or excluded, please speak with a member of the Founders Retreat team. Reports will be handled respectfully and, where possible, confidentially. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and fairly.
If the line is crossed
The Founders Retreat team is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants. If this Code of Conduct is violated, organizers may take action based on the nature and severity of the conduct, including:
Founders Retreat has zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, sexual harassment, violence, threats, unwanted physical contact, illegal activity, or any conduct that seriously compromises the safety, dignity, or well-being of others.
Serious violations may result in immediate removal from the retreat without prior warning and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities.
All decisions regarding enforcement are made at the sole discretion of the organizers, with participant safety, community trust, and fairness as the highest priorities.
Why it matters
We believe the most memorable retreats are created not only by great programs, but by great people.
Take care of yourself, and take care of each other.
Thank you for helping make Founders Retreat a place where meaningful connections and lasting memories can grow.
